‘Complete reliance on Allah, in all the servant’s endeavours must be maintained with a sincere heart.  In the pursuing of his interests the servant must safeguard himself against anything that may be harmful.  Your heart must be at peace and satisfied with whatever Allah has commanded; know that it is what is most appropriate and most beneficial for you in this world.Yesterday your loved ones were with you and today they have gone. This should make you think; _whatever He decrees shall happen_ and you should turn towards him in sincerity. At evening don’t expect to live till morning and at morning don’t expect to live till evening.  ‘Take from your health for your sickness, and from your life for your death.’  Nothing you have truly belongs to you. 15th Sha’ban

‘After Maghrib today it will be 15th of Shaban. On this great night your book will end and the new book will start. In the face all challenges that today mankind is facing, this night is given as a mercy from Allah. Being sincere and asking forgiveness and to change the whole world into better and take every kind of illness and disease away, He has given mankind this this night and then a day. When hearts and souls are crying for a solution here is one that is so great so merciful and one should follow and act upon the teaching of the Quran and holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him ). A Night to do extra prayers, make du’a and fast the next day. O Allah, grant us a part of Your fear, that acts as a barrier between us and Your disobedience; Your obedience, that helps us achieve Your pleasure and the certainty that makes the miseries of the world seem insignificant. O Allah, make us enjoy our hearing, our sight, our strength as long as You Keep us alive. Make us take rise against those who oppress us, and help us against those who show animosity to us. Place not our miseries in our religion, and let not this world be our biggest concern, nor the extent of our knowledge. Ameen’ Shaykh Tahir

‘If a blessing descends upon you, then make it last by being grateful and if time becomes tough for you be grateful for what He has given you. Nothing is permanent in this world. When you wake up in the morning and safe in your home, in good health, and have enough provision for the day, it is as if you have all the good things of this world. When your heart and soul is in the love of Allah, feel the test in everything. When Allah loves a servant He tests him in every way. Your grief is only as long as your hope is short.  If you are hopeless then you see difficulties in every chance but if you are hopeful then you see chances in every difficulty. ‘Remember Allah and He will remember you. Be grateful to Him and do not deny Him. Seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient. By purifying your soul, Allah, your Lord and Master, will not condemn you for mistakes and forgetfulness. Nor will He place too heavy a burden on your shoulders, but test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to the patient.  When you face great hardship, He will make ease and further great ease. You belong to Him and shall return to Him. If you want to be free of all suffering, hold fast to Him, and turn wholly to Him, and to no one else. Juma Mubarak’ Shaykh Tahir

‘Today the world is crying and the need of the soul for healing is so very apparent. When such a wave of destruction as we currently endure in the pandemic afflicts us, we are tested in every way.  Allah knows that this world is bound to make you go astray.  In order to save your souls from destruction, it is He who has sent down the Quran that has the power to heal; a complete cure for everything and every believer.  A cure for illnesses and a cure for diseases hearts and souls. When you read, listen or learn the Qur’an not only will all your problems disappear but also Qur’an holds the healing power for your body and soul. It will make your life better. It gives the sinner the opportunity to beg for Allah’s mercy, heal themselves, save themselves from ruin and gain paradise.  Do not lose hope. Trust in your Lord as He knows what is best for you and will make sure no one is wronged in the least. Juma Mubarak’ Shaykh Tahir

‘The words from your tongue and in the expressions of your face reveal that which you conceal in your heart. Arrogance causes destruction of one’s religion; greed is the enemy of one’s soul, and envy is the guide to wickedness. The tongue will betray the heart of the foolish.  You need to think and revitalise your heart in order to obtain the key to the gateways of wisdom. In the meantime, your clemency is suppression of anger and self-restraint.  The doer of good is better than the good itself, and the doer of evil is worse than the evil itself. Whoever  abstains from this world takes hardships lightly; and whoever anticipates death will hasten towards good deeds. Juma Mubarak’ Shaykh Tahir

This juma message is given to the Shaykh by inspiration of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم and draws on many beautiful sources. It will speak to you; whoever you are.

‘When you are lost and sad don’t cry of pain. Sadness can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest companion in your lifelong search for love and wisdom. Wisdom will not be gained, unless through following the right path. The heart cries for the light of Allah and the at place where you are hurt the Light enters you. Peace and tranquility descend upon you on His remembrance. Be like the sun; spreading rays of kindness. Be like the cover of night when it comes to yours and others faults; and let your generosity be like running water from the ocean of mercy. Juma Mubarak’ Shaykh Tahir

‘In your mind & heart you should have kindness, compassion and love for your friends. Do not behave towards them as if you are a wanting and starving beast and as if your success lies in devouring them. Your duty is not to seek love from people but to find the obstacle within yourself that you have built against their love.  ‘Words are a pretext. It is the inner bond that draws one person to another, not words’ Juma Mubarak.’ Shaykh Tahir

This juma message is given to the Shaykh by inspiration of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم and draws on many beautiful sources. It will speak to you; whoever you are.

‘When one loves an object it blinds one and the heart becomes ill. When this happens you see but with a diseased eye, hear but with unhearing ears. The world can make the heart die, but at the same time be an object of desire for the mind.  At this point, you become a slave to the world and a slave to the people whose only concern is this world. The heart of a human is amazing; it possesses both the substance of wisdom and it’s opposites. Your intellect longs to be like the righteous people so that you can be of one of them, and you love them so that you can be united with them in their love. But even if you fall short in emulating the actions of the righteous, do not become enslaved to your desires. Juma Mubarak’ Shaykh Tahir
